牙科诊疗中的伦理问题及其解决途径

通过简述牙科诊疗的现状及发展前景,剖析了牙科诊疗工作中存在的伦理问题,如操作不规范、过度医疗、材料使用欠安全、收费不公正等。在此基础上提出解决伦理问题的途径主要有:实施伦理关怀(接诊时要特别关心和体贴患者;治疗过程中要尊重患者,提出可行性治疗方案供其自主选择;治疗过程严谨负责,秉持诚信,全面维护患者利益;诊疗后的服务跟踪和人文关怀等);强化医生医德和薪资管理机制;提高医疗技术水平。

This paper analyzed the ethical issues in dental treatment such as medical treatment, unsafe using materials and unfair expenses and so forth, through improper operation, excessive sketching the current situation and development prospect of dental treatment. On the basis of this problems, there are some main ways to solve these ethical problems ： implementing ethical caring （ giving patients the special care and consideration in recep tion; respecting patients and putting forward feasible ing strict responsibility, holding integrity, thoroughl treating scheme for patients own choice before treatment; tak- y protecting patients benefit in treatment progress; tracking service and humanistic care after treatment } ; strengthening management mechanism for the morality and salary if doctors; improving the medical technology level.
