摘要
白血病患儿化疗疗程长、费用大、不良反应多、住院时间长,对患儿和家长都会产生一定的不良刺激,影响到患儿的治疗效果。通过对儿童白血病的治疗进展、儿童白血病诊疗过程中的伦理缺陷、社会保障系统不健全和家庭的影响等方面的分析阐述了我国白血病儿童诊治中的伦理现状。在此基础上,提出临床诊断治疗儿童白血病中应遵循的伦理学原则包括:个体化的治疗方案;优化医疗服务、体现生命价值原则;以"患儿为中心"与心理干预原则。
The chemotherapy treatment in children with leukemia needs long hospital stay and treatment, high costs, and with adverse reactions, which will give some negative stimulus to children and parents. This paper dis- cussed the current ethical status of the diagnosis and treatment based on the disease treatment progress, ethical de- fects in the diagnosis and treatment, the shortcoming of the system of social security and the influences of families. Furthermore, the ethical principles of individualized treatment program, optimizing medical service and reflecting the value of life, taking the patient children as the center and carrying out psychological intervention has been pro- posed in this paper.
