摘要
医学青年新媒体素养的现状表现为以下方面:手机短信和互联网为医学青年使用频率最高的新媒体传播形态;网络交流和娱乐休闲为医学青年使用新媒体的主要目的;医学青年对新媒体有自身的认知态度;新媒体也对医学青年产生了一定的影响。目前,医学院校青年新媒体素养培养工作的机制包括:明确医学青年在新媒体传播过程中的参与动机;提升医学青年对新媒体知识的解读和批判能力;提高医学青年在道德与自律方面的方式;规范医学青年参与或利用新媒体进行传播的能力。结合医学伦理学理论,从健全医学院校新媒体素养的培养体系、创新教育主体自身新媒体素养的提升途径、完善医学教育客体新媒体素养的培养方式等三个方面对医学院校提升青年新媒体素养的具体方案进行补充。
This paper shows the current situation of new media literacy in medical youth as following aspects: mobile phone message and the Internet are the highest frequency of new media forms for medical youth; network speech communication and recreation are the main purpose for medical youth to use new media; medical youth have their own cognitive attitude on new media; new media also has certain effect on medical youth. At present, the mechanisms of new media literacy cultivation in young medical college youth includes: making clear participation motivation of medical youth in the process of new media communication; promoting the reading and critical ability of youth to new media knowledge ; expanding the ability of youth in medical morality and self - discipline ; specif- ying the ability of medical youth in participating or using new media in dissemination. Combined with the theory of medical ethics, this paper provides supplements to the specific programs for promoting new media literacy in medi cal youth through three aspects, including perfecting the training system in the medical institutions, improving the promotion ways for the main body of education, promoting the training mode for the object of education on new media literacy in medical youth.
