目前,医务人员医学人文品格中的伦理性缺失表现为医患关系冷漠、医患沟通不畅等。加强医务人员人文品格的培养,其途径在于弘扬人文精神,注重医务工作者人文品格的培养,促进医疗技术与人文精神的融合;用医学伦理规范医疗行为,用人文品格指导医疗实践活动,努力营造宽松、和谐的医疗环境,即医务工作者要敬畏人的生命;医疗活动中,要倡导"人本精神",牢记"患者利益至上";进一步弘扬"人文关怀",奉献真诚爱心。
