针刺加手法治疗腰三横突综合症

腰三横突综合症是由于急慢性损伤而致第三腰椎横突周围组织损伤,造成慢性腰痛,出现以第三腰椎横突处明显压痛为主要特征,有时伴有下肢疼痛的疾病。近三年来,采用针刺配合手法治疗腰三横突综合症52例,临床疗效满意,本文对此作了报道。
