正交实验优选化瘀止痛涂膜剂的渗漉法提取工艺

The Process of Orthogonal Experiments Design for Circulation and Pain Relief Balm Percolation Extraction Technique

目的:优选化瘀止痛涂膜剂的提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计实验,以干浸膏收得率和盐酸小檗碱提取量为指标,考察药材浸润时间、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、渗漉速度四因素对提取结果的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为药材用60%乙醇浸润24小时,以4～5ml/min速度渗滤,收集10倍量渗滤液。结论:优选的渗漉提取工艺简便、快速、可行,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。

Purpose：Improving the process of circulation and pain relief balm extraction.Method：Inspecting the influence brought by medicine infiltration time,ethanol concentration and ethanol,and the speed of percolation on the extraction result under the target of the dry extract yield rate and berberinc hydrochloride extraction through orthogonal experiments design.Result：The best extraction process is Herbs infiltration 24 hours,60% ethanol,10 times the amount of medium-speed.Conclusion：The Selected percolation extraction process is simple,fast, feasible,and can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
