超声诊断宫外孕的假阳性和假阴性的原因分析

Analysis of the reasons for false positive and false negative in Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:分析超声诊断宫外孕出现假阳性和假阴性的原因。资料与方法:回顾性分析临床怀疑宫外孕的552例超声图像,并与最终手术结果对照,统计宫外孕的超声诊断的符合率、假阳性率和假阴性率。结果:超声诊断宫外孕的符合率80.9%,假阳性率19.1%,假阴性率12.4%。结论:超声诊断宫外孕存在一定的假阳性与假阴性,原因有多个方面。我们需要同时结合经腹和经阴超两种检查方法,才能提高宫外孕的诊断符合率。

Objective To investigate the reasons for false positive and false negative in Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Materials and methods Ultrasound images of 552 cases with ectopic pregnancy suspected by clinic were analysed retrospectively,and compared with final surgical findings. Accuracy,false positive and false negative rate of Ultrasound diagnosis were found out. Results Accuracy rate was 80.8%,false positive and false negative rate 19.2%, 15.3% respectively .Conclusion There were a number of reasons for false positive and false negative of Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopie pregnancy. Abdominal and vaginal ultrasound should be taken to improve the diagnosis of ectopie pregnancy accurate.
