随着科技日新月异的发展,传统的电能质量标准已无法适应用户需要,迫使电力企业从关注供电可靠性发展为关注电能质量的分析和控制问题。本文介绍了电能质量监测的相关知识,阐述了电能质量在线监测和电能质量分析的必要性,以及电能质量监测技术的发展。
