定制化图书馆设备在线管理系统

The Customization Library Equipment Management System

针对目前高校图书馆设备管理的现状及存在的问题,分析了设备信息的数据特点,以B/S结构实现了定制化的设备管理系统。本系统运用自行定制的模式实现对各种数据预先自定义属性以及记录和管理,采用权限分离实现了数据的安全,同时拥有access和SQL两种数据库可选择使用,且将设备采购和管理数据进行无缝连接,更大的提高数据录入的效率。

In the view of the status quo and problem of the equipmem management in university library, based on the B/S structure the customization library equipment management system were developed by analyzing the data characteristics of equipment information. The system offers customization properties for equipment information, defined different user role right to ensuring data security and provided access and SQL two databases for choice. It was able to raise greater efficiency that equipment procurement data were directly connected to the management data.
