直线伺服系统的自适应滑模控制及仿真

摘要 分析了直线电机伺服系统的结构及相关干扰因素,建立了伺服系统数学模型.针对系统参数的摄动、建模的不确定性以及外界干扰对系统输出精度的影响,采用反步法设计了一种自适应滑模变结构控制器.仿真结果表明,使用自适应滑模变结构控制器能提高控制性能,达到较好的跟踪精度. The linear motor servo system structure and disturbance were analyzed and the mathematical model was built. To reduce the effect of the changes of system parameters and the uncertainties of the sys- tem model, a backstepping method was used to design an adaptive sliding mode controller. Simulation re- sults showed that the adaptive sliding mode controller could improve the control performance, achieve bet- ter tracking precision.
