催化法合成PVC热稳定剂2,4,6-三苯甲酰胺基-1,3,5-均三嗪 被引量:1

摘要 在无溶剂的条件下,用苯甲酰氯(BC)和三聚氰胺(ME)经金属氯化物催化合成了2,4,6-三苯甲酰胺基-1,3,5-均三嗪(TBTA)。用红外吸收光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振谱(13C-NMR)和熔点仪表征了2,4,6-三苯甲酰胺基-1,3,5-均三嗪的结构和熔点,然后按固定比例将TBTA与PVC粉混合,并使用刚果红测试分析了PVC和TBTA混合物的热稳定性。结果表明,优化的反应条件为:在无溶剂的条件下,苯甲酰氯与三聚氰胺的摩尔比为4:1,0.9%CuCl2(占物料总质量)为催化剂,反应温度90℃,反应时间4 h,此时TBTA的产率高达84.5%。CuCl2催化作用缩短了反应时间提高了产率。TBTA对PVC塑料具有良好的热稳定作用。 With metal chlorides as catalysts and without any solvent, N,N′,N″-l,3,5-Triazine-2,4,6- triyltris-benzamide (TBTA) was synthesized by using benzoyl chloride (BC) and melamine (ME) as raw materials. The structure and properties of the obtained TBTA were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ^13C nuclear magnetic resonance (^13C-NMR) and melting point apparatus. Besides, the obtained TBTA was blended with PVC powder at the regular ratio. Then the thermal stability of the mixture powder of PVC and TBTA was tested according to Congo red experiment. The reaction conditions of TBTA synthesizing were optimized. Under the condition of solvent-free and with 0.9%(total mass of reactants) CuCl2 as catalyst, when the molar ratio of benzoyl chloride to melamine is 4:1, the reaction temperature is 90℃ and the reaction time is 4 h, the yield of TBTA is improved up to 84.5%. Using CuCl2 as catalyst can reduce reaction time and improve the TBTA yield. Moreover, adding the TBTA can make the PVC to have a good thermostability.
