摘要
组织的社会场由组织文化环境、组织成员注意力关注点、组织人际关系、组织行为模式所构成,它们相互作用,具有较强的能动性。组织的共同愿景既是组织的社会场先进文化的重要组成部分,又依靠组织社会场来建立和实现。作为系统工程,领导者既要关注、提炼和引导组织成员的心愿,又要坚持长期不懈的一贯行动来推动共同愿景的建立和实现。
The organizational society field is composed of the organizational cultural environment, the focus of atten- tion of the organization members, interpersonal relations within the organization, and modes of organizational behav- ior. There are interactions among these elements and they have a relatively strong activity. Organizational common vision is an important component of the advanced culture of organizational society field, and is to be established and realized through organizational society field. In order to make this systematic project successful, an organizational leader should not only care about, formulate and lead the vision of the organization members, but also work towards the establishment and realization of the common vision through persistent actions.
