On Translation of Russian Legal Science in China in the First Half of the Twentieth Century

翻译活动是复杂的文化交流活动,社会文化环境、政治因素、翻译动机等都会对翻译活动产生影响。在孙中山领导的民族民主革命时期、中国共产党领导的革命根据地时期和新中国成立初期,苏联法学通过著作和文章的翻译这一途径进入中国,为中国革命政党所接受,成为中国法律体系构建的重要借鉴。

Translation is a complicated activity of cultural communication,on which social cultural environment,political factors and translation motivation may have influence.During the periods of National Democratic Revolution led by Sun Yat-sen and Revolutionary Bases led by CPC,Russian legal science enters into China via the translation of works and articles,which was accepted by Chinese revolutionary parties,and becomes an important source of the development of Chinese legal system.
