随着教育就是服务理念的不断深入,在全面提高教育质量的大背景下,基于经济领域供求平衡原则,高校应从供给管理向需求管理转变,构建需求——服务——发展的专业化工作新模式,以求为学生提供的服务与学生为发展所产生的合理需求有机统一,不断创新学生管理工作。

Due to the continuous deep in the concept that education is a kind of service and the background of overall improvement of education quality,colleges and universities are supposed,based on the principle of supply and demand equilibrium,to make the transformation from the supply management to demand management,construct the new and professional working mode from demand to service and even to development,and innovate steadily the management of students＇ affairs for the organic unity between the supply for students and the reasonable demand from student＇s desire.
