摘要
高校可基于知识管理理论,结合数据库技术构建网络模式的党员教育培训系统,精心设计好党员教育培训知识库,以推进党员教育培训工作的网络化和智能化。
Based on the theory of knowledge management,database technology can be applied to university party members＇ education system to develop a knowledge base,which in turn helps the system to be cyberized and intelligent.
