摘要
目的 观察维生素E(VitE)对大鼠外周血白细胞数目和功能的影响及对免疫功能的影响。方法 采用NBT还原试验法测定白细胞的吞噬功能;采用单向免疫扩散法测定血清IgG含量;采用ConA诱导[3H]TdR参入法测定外周血T淋巴细胞增殖反应;采用ELISA法测定血中γ干扰素(IFNγ)含量。结果 VitE(50-0、100-0mg·kg-1,ig,30d)能使经CTX诱导的大鼠降低的外周血白细胞计数升高,且能提高白细胞的吞噬能力;还使小鼠经CTX诱导降低的IgG含量及T淋巴细胞增殖反应明显升高,血中IFNγ含量提高。结论 VitE可使外周血白细胞数量升高,功能增强,并对免疫功能具有调节作用。
AIMS To observe the effect of vitamine E on the numbers and functions of leukocytes in peripheral blood and immune functions. METHODS The method of NBT reduction was adopted to investigate the phagocytic activity of leukocytes; the simple immune diffuse method was applied to measure the concentration of IgG in serum; [ 3H] TdR incorporation method was used to observe the growth of T lymphocytes; the method of ELISA was practiced to measure the concentration of IFN γ in blood. RESULTS VitE (50 mg·kg -1 、100 mg·kg -1 ,ig, 30 d) showed a obvious rise in the numbers of leukocytes which had been decreased by CTX, and promoted the phagocytic activity of leukocytes. In addition, VitE indicated a increase in the concentration of IgG and IFN γ which had been reduced by CTX. Meanwhile, VitE could enhance the growth of T lymphocytes. CONCLUSION The results suggest that VitE enhance either the numbers of leukocytes or the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, and VitE can regulate immune function.
