Study on Inclusion Complex of β CD with Citrial

研究了 β-环糊精对柠檬醛的包合作用 ,用 IR、GC、H PLC考察了包合物。包合物中 β- CD与柠檬醛的摩尔比为 1∶ 1,包合物中的柠檬醛红外特性消失。含杂质的柠檬醛经包合后杂质减少 。

A study of inclusion action of β CD with citral was carried out. The inclusion complexes obtained were examined by IR、GC and HPLC. The molar ratio of β CD to citral is found to be 1∶1. After inclusion procedures, the impurities in citral were reduced.
