四妙勇安提取物对血液凝固和血栓形成的影响

Study of Si Miao Yong An Extract on Blood Coagulation and Thrombosis

本实验进行了小鼠毛细玻管法 ,尾出血凝血时间法 ,大鼠动 -静脉血栓形成法 ,体外血浆复钙时间和凝血酶原时间的研究 ,结果表明四妙勇安提取物灌胃给药可非常显著延长小鼠尾出血时间 ( P<0 .0 1) ,可明显延长小鼠毛细玻管凝血时间 ( P<0 .0 1) ,可明显抑制大鼠血栓形成 ( P<0 .0 1) ,四妙勇安提取物体外给药可明显延长血浆复钙时间和血浆凝血酶原时间 ( P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5)。

The results showed that SMYA extracts could noticeably prolong the bleeding time of mice tail after oral administration ( P <0.01), and could markedly prolong the coagulation time of glass capillary in mice ( P <\{0.01).\} We also found that SMYA extracts could significantly inhibit the thrombosis of rats after oral administration ( P <0.01). SMYA extracts could significantly prolong the prothrombin time and recalcification time in vitro ( P<\{0.01,\} P <0.05).
