脊髓纵裂的研究进展

摘要 脊髓纵裂是一种较为少见的因胚胎发育过程中神经管闭合不全所引起的脊髓先天性畸形。脊髓被椎管内骨性间隔或纤维性间隔分为两半，并产生一系列脊髓功能障碍，多伴背部皮肤异常、脊柱畸形、脊髓脊膜膨出、脊髓栓系等表现。本病于1837年由Ollivie首次发现并命名，其发病率占先天性脊髓畸形的4％～9％。1992年Pang等。建议用脊髓纵裂代表整个双脊髓畸形的范畴。近年随着影像学技术的发展，给临床诊断提供了很大的帮助，现将脊髓纵裂的研究进展作一综述。
