摘要
目的探讨气管切开患者氧气管插入的最合适深度。方法将气管切开患者氧气管插入深度分为1cm、2cm、3cm、4cm、5cm、6cm共6组,观察患者吸痰前后各组的SpO2变化,吸痰后SpO:回升至正常所需时间。结果吸痰前SpO2:氧气管插入气管套管深度1—6cm时SpO2均数值均〉96%。吸痰后SpO2:氧气管插入深度/〉4cm时SpO2维持在正常水平。吸痰后SpO2回升至正常所需时间:插入深度4cm以上所需时间明显短于3cm以下。结论气管切开患者氧气管插入深度以4cm为宜。
Objective To explore the proper insertion depth of the oxygen tube for patients with tracheotomy. Methods The pa- tients with tracheotomy were divided into 6 groups, and the oxygen tubes were inserted 1,2, 3, 4, 5 and 6cm into tracheal respectively. The changes of SpO: before and after endotracheal suction, and recovery time of Sp02 to normal level were observed. Results The SpO2 level of the patients were more than 〉 96% when the depth of the oxygen tube into the tracheal tube with 1 N 6cm before Suction; The SpO2 level of the patients were maintain to the normal level when the depth of the oxygen tube into the tracheal with I〉 4cm after suction; The recovery time of SpO2 to the normal level that 4cm or more was shorter than less 3cm. Condusions The proper depth of oxygen tube into tracheal for patients with tracheotomy was 4cm.
