护理干预对腹部CT增强效果的影响

The effect of nursing intervention on abdominal CT enhancement

目的探讨护理干预对提高腹部cT增强扫描成功率及减少造影剂副反应的重要性。方法将878例腹部cT增强扫描患者随机分为实验组386例和对照组492例，实验组采用护理干预后行CT增强扫描，对照组仅按常规行CT增强扫描。结果实验组的扫描成功率明显高于对照组，造影剂副反应明显低于对照组。结论实施腹部CT扫描前的护理干预，对腹部CT增强扫描有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the importance of nursing intervention toward the success rate of enhancement CT in abdomen and the reduction of side reaction of using contrast medium. Methods A total of 878 patients were divided into two groups, 386 in experi- mental group and the others in the control group. The experimental group was used CT enhanced scanning before nursing intervention, while the latter group was used CT enhanced scanning only. Results The success rate of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group and the side reaction of contrast medium was much lower. Conclusions Using nursing intervention before CT abdomen has a sig- nificant meaning to CT enhanced scanning.
