责任制整体护理中新型护理排班初探

Preliminary study of new type nursing attendance management in responsibility - related holistic nursing

目的探索适合责任制整体护理工作要求的排班方式。方法将两两成组的护士排班与传统排班进行比较，从患者、护士、医生三个群体进行无记名调查问卷。结果实施8个月后，护理质量得到了改进，患者、护士、医生满意率明显提高，差异有统计学意义。结论两两成组的排班方法能让临床护士对所负责的患者提供全程、全面和规范的护理服务，保证责任到人、工作到位；又能兼顾护理人员的身心健康，方便其工作生活。

Objective To explore the suitable attendance management for responsibility - related holistic nursing. Methods The attendance management of in pairs nurses was compared with the traditional attendance management. Patients, doctors, and nurses were in- vestigated by questionnaire. Results After carrying out the method for eight months, the quality of nursing service was improved and the satisfaction of patients, doctors, and nurses increased substantially. The difference had the statistical meaning. Conclusions The nursing at- tendance in pairs makes clinical nurses offer whole course, comprehensive, and standard nursing service to patients. It guarantees nurses＇re- sponsibility and working in place. And also it ensures the physical and mental health of the nurses and makes the nurses＇work and life more convenient.
