江苏省莱姆病血清流行病学调查

The investigation on serum epidemiology of lyme disease in jiangsu provence

用间接免疫荧光抗体试验（ＩＦＡ） 法检测健康人群血清莱姆病抗体水平。结果：共检测２６１４ 人，阳性１９２ 人、感染（７－４９ ％）。男性感染率（７－２０％ ）、女性感染率（７－４９％ ）二者间无显著性差异。中年组２６ ～３５ 岁（１０－４５％） 、３６ ～４５ 岁（１２－９４％ ）与５６ 岁以上（２－１８％） 感染率有显著性差异（χ２ ＝２８－８１ Ｐ＜０－０１）
