摘要
目的调查直肠癌行永久性结肠造口患者抑郁水平及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法、应用Zung编写的抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、社会支持评定量表(Social Supporting Rating Scale,SSRS)对65例直肠癌行永久性结肠造口患者进行调查,了解患者抑郁发生情况。结果抑郁发生率35.38%;其中中年组患者抑郁得分明显低于青年组和老年组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持与抑郁的发生有相关性,均P<0.05。结论直肠癌行永久性结肠造口患者存在抑郁情绪,尤其是年轻和年老患者,护理人员不仅要做好专科护理,还应关心患者的心理健康,为其提供更多的社会支持。
Objective To research the depression state of rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy and analyze the influence factors. Methods Questionnaire survey, Zung written self-rating depression scale and social supporting rating scale are used to research depression state of 65 patients after permanent colostomy. Results The total depressive rate is 35.38%, among that, depressive score of middle age group is distinctly lower than those of young age group and older age group （P〈0.05）, with statistic significance. The relationship between depression and the total score of social support, objective support,and subjective support are with statistic significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Depression exits in rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy, especially in young age and older age patients. Nurses should not only supple professional nursing, but also care for patients＂ mental health and supply more social support.
