摘要
目的探讨膝骨性关节炎患者自我效能与膝关节功能的相关性。方法采用美国斯坦福大学慢性疾病教育研究中心编制的自我效能量表中文版和Lysholm膝关节评分问卷,调查52例采用药物治疗的膝骨性关节炎患者的自我效能和关节功能,并分析两者之间的相关性。结果膝骨性关节炎患者的总体自我效能得分为(5.94±1.56)分,自我效能与膝关节功能呈显著的正相关(r=0.949,P<0.001)。结论膝骨性关节炎患者自我效能水平偏低,需要提高患者自我效能感,才能更有效地改善膝关节功能状况。
Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and knee function in knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods Chronic Disease Self-efficacy Scale, Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale were used to investigate 52 patients with knee osteoarthritis. Results The score of self-efficacy of knee osteoarthritis patients is （5.94±l.56）.Significant positive correlation was found among the score of self-efficacy and knee function（r=0.949,P〈0.001 ）. Conclusion The self-efficacy of knee osteoarthritis patients was low. It＇s necessary to improve patients＂ self-efficacy in order to improve knee function more effectively.
