摘要
目的探讨保温装置在寒冷天气中对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法将寒冷天气(室温<20℃)入院治疗的106例经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组术后常规生理盐水持续膀胱冲洗,观察组采用自行制作的保温装置对膀胱冲洗液进行温度调节,保持生理盐水温度23~28℃持续膀胱冲洗,观察2组患者膀胱痉挛的发生率及持续膀胱冲洗时间。结果观察组膀胱痉挛发生率较低,持续膀胱冲洗时间较短,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论保温装置对经尿道前列腺电切术患者膀胱冲洗液加温,能减少膀胱冲洗的并发症的发生,缩短持续膀胱冲洗时间,减轻患者痛苦,减少住院费用。
Objective To probe into the nursing effect of thermal insulation device on the patients who have been conducted with the transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) in the cold weather. Methods A total of 106 cases patients, who had been conducted with the TURP in the cold weather (indoor temperature 〈20℃), were randomly divided into the observation group (53 cases) and control group (53 cases).The regular physiological saline was used for bladder irrigation in the control group, while the self-made thermal insulation device was used to regulate the temperature of the washing liquid in the observation group and the bladder was irrigated with the physiological saline that kept the temperature ranging from 23-28℃ .The incidences of bladder spasm and the continued bladder irrigation times in two groups were observed. Results The incidence of bladder spasm and the continued bladder irrigation time in the observation group were compared with those in the control group, by which the statistical significance showed(P〈 0.05).Conclusion The use of thermal insulation device in the nursing for TURP patients could reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the continued bladder irrigation time, relieve the suffering of patients and decrease the medical expenses.
