经尿道前列腺等离子电切术中患者体温变化的观察及保温措施研究

Research on the temperature changes and heat preservation measures of patients treated by transurethral resection of the prostate

目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TURP)中患者体温的变化以及其护理对策。方法将60例行TURP术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规保温措施,观察组采用电子液体加温仪、水浴加温冲洗液、充气式保温毯以及红外线灯等保温措施,比较2组患者术前、术中以及术毕的体温变化。结果对照组术中及术毕的体温较之术前均显著下降(P<0.05),而观察组术中以及术毕的体温与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)且各点的体温均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TURP术中采取保温措施有利于保持患者的体温正常,使患者安全渡过手术期。

Objective To observe the variations of temperature and heat preservation measures of patients treated by transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods 60 patients treated by transurethral resection of the prostate were selected and divided into two groups. In control group, 30 patients were treated by normal heat preservation measures and in observation group, 30 patients were treated by electronic liquid added thermometer, inflatable blanket, infrared lamp et al. The variations of temperature at preoperation, intraoperation and postoperation were observed. Results The temperature of patients in control group decreased significantly at intraoperation and postoperation （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the variations of temperature s in observation group were not significant （P〉0.05）. The temperature of patients in observation group at intraoperation and postoperation were higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Useing heat preservation measures during TURP is benefit for maintaining the normothermia of patients.
