DQC-401催化剂在单环管工艺PP装置的应用

摘要 为了解决聚丙烯(PP)生产中细粉含量增加、导致装置物耗上升的问题,使用国产DQC-401催化剂在单环管工艺PP装置进行了T30S产品的试生产,并与DQ-Ⅳ催化剂的使用情况进行了对比。作为新一代球形高效催化剂,DQC-401具有粒径分布窄、破碎少、活性高、氢调敏感性好、立构定向性高等特点。DQC-401催化剂试用期间,平均活性达到33 kg/g,比DQ-Ⅳ催化剂高0.43 kg/g;细粉生成量平均每天减少61.3 kg,物料单耗下降0.24 kg/t;能耗、公用工程消耗与使用DQ-Ⅳ催化剂相当;产品各项性能指标达到中国石化企业一级标准。试用结果表明,DQC-401催化剂适用于单环管工艺PP装置。 In order to solve the increase of fines powder in production of polypropylene(PP), resulted in rise of consumption in raw material, trial production of T30S was carried out in the PP plant with domestic catalyst of DQC-401, application results of the DQC-401 and DQ-IV catalyst in the plant compared with. As a new generation of spherical efficient catalysts the DQC-401 has a range of characteristics such as narrow distribution of particle size, less broken, high activity, good hydrogen response and high stereospecificity. The DQC-401 catalyst had a polymerization yield of 33 kg/g, higher than the DQ-1V by 0.43 kg/g, the powders reduced by 61.3 kg/day and the raw material consumption decreased by 0.24 kg/t PP; energy consumptions were similar to DQ-IV catalyst and the products of performances were up to a level of SINOPEC's standard in the trial production. Test results show that DQC-401 catalyst is suitable to PP plant with single loop reactor.
