摘要
针对线型低密度聚乙烯棚膜专用料DFDA-7047耐老化性能、抗撕裂性能及透光率较同类产品低的问题,对乙烯分压、反应温度、n(H2)/n(C2H4)、n(1-C4H8)/n(C2H4)进行了优化;利用凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对DFDA-7047及国产同类专用树脂进行了结构剖析。分析结果表明:DFDA-7047的重均分子量比试样Ⅰ和试样Ⅱ低,但结晶性能与试样Ⅰ和试样Ⅱ相当,说明产品耐老化性能得到了改善;DFDA-7047的横向、纵向直角撕裂强度分别达到135,101 N/mm,均比试样Ⅰ高;DFDA-7047薄膜制品的雾度为15.6%,比试样Ⅰ的雾度低1.8%,说明产品的光学性能得到提高。
Because aging resistance, tearing strength and transmittance of the DFDA-7047 were under the similar other products,the ethylene partial pressure, reaction temperature, n(H2)/n(C2H4) and n(I-C4H8)/ n (C2H4) were optimized. The structure of DFDA-7047 and similar other special resin made from China analyzed with gel permeation chromatography, differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the DFDA-7047 Mw was lower than the others, the crystallization behavior was similar to the others. The results indicated the aging resistance improved. The DFDA-7047 of right angle tearing strength in horizontal and vertical was up to 135 N/mm, 101 N/mm respectively,above the others, the haze of 15.6% less than 1.8% of the other, the optical property modified.
