非血缘关系骨髓移植的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察配型相合的非血缘关系骨髓移植(UDBMT) 治疗急、慢性白血病的疗效及移植相关并发症。方法:联合化疗及全身照射后,回输配型相合或基本相合的非血缘供者骨髓。结果:3 例患者均植活,并发生急性移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)。例1 于+ 100 d 死于白血病复发,例2 于+64 d 血型由O型转为供者B型,一年后因白血病复发死亡。例3 因呼吸功能衰竭死于移植后+64 d。结论:UDBMT治疗进展期白血病,尤其是慢性粒细胞性白血病原始细胞危象(CMLBC) 疗效差;全身照射剂量率大,GVHD程度重,移植相关死亡率高;霉酚酸酯治疗皮肤GVHD疗效明显。
