Multi-channel Communication:An Efficient Way for College Counselors

提升高校辅导员工作科学化水平是加强我国高校思想政治教育工作的重要部分。文章就当前高校辅导员与大学生沟通过程中存在的一些问题提出可行性建议,希望能够改进高校辅导员沟通工作机制,从丰富沟通渠道、融合传统与新兴的沟通方式方面提高沟通效果。

Promoting the scientific level of the college counseling is one of the most important parts for China＇ s ideological education in colleges. Based on the problems in studentcounselor communication, some feasible proposals are given hoping to improve the working effectiveness, including using more communicative channels with the idea of the integrating traditional and new communication ways.
