“686项目”示范市(州)2011年抗精神病药物采购数据的地区分析

Purchase data analysis of antipsychotic medication by regions in 2011 in '686 Program demonstration cities

目的:了解"686项目"示范市(州)2011年抗精神病药物采购种类及费用在各地配置使用情况,比较抗精神病药物使用的地域性差异。方法:对2011年"686项目"示范市(州)药品采购资料,分析东部、中部、西部和东北四大地区抗精神病药物使用情况。结果:西部地区抗精神病药物采购经费(596.35万元)明显高于东部(476.88万元)、中部(287.46万元)及东北地区(299.06万元)。东北地区长效抗精神病药物费用支出占总费用的比例(30.35%),明显高于东部(5.82%)、中部(2.19%)及西部(4.04%)。结论:本项目中抗精神病药物选用偏好上存在地域差异。

Objective： To investigate the variety and the cost of antipsychotics used in 686 Prograrn＇demon- stration cities, and to compare the regional difference in terms of antipsychotics use. Methods： The purchase data of antipsychotic varieties and expenses of 686 Program＇in 2011 was collected and analyzed, regional differences classi- fied by eastern, central, western and northeast region of antipsychotic use model were compared. Results： The total purchase expenditure of antipsychotics was 5. 9635 million Yuan in western region, which was significantly higher than that in eastern （4. 7688 million yuan）, central （2. 8746 million yuan） and northeast （2. 9906 million yuan） re- gion. Long-acting antipsychotics expenditure accounted for 30. 35% of the total purchase amount in northeast re- gion, which was significantly higher than that in eastern （5.82%）, central （2. 19% ） and western （4. 04% ） region. Conclusion： There are regional differences in terms of antipsychotics use preference in this project.
