环保彩涤盖丝弹力绸针织泳装面料的研发

Development of the environment-friendly colored polyester covered silk knitted elastic swimming suit fabric

基于环保设计理念,将多色系环保纺织新材料彩色涤纶与桑蚕丝结合,并添加氨纶编织,开发绿色环保高档针织泳装面料。介绍了该面料的编织工艺,包括设备参数、原料规格、织针排列、穿纱方式等,并对工艺流程、原料设计、织造工艺3方面的关键技术进行阐述。面料参数测试结果表明:成品布克质量、光照牢度、水洗色牢度、抗起毛起球等级、拉伸弹性伸长率等均符合服用要求。

Based on the environment-friendly designing thinking,this paper develops environment-friendly top-class swimming suit fabric by using the new textile material-colored polyester and silk.It mainly introduces the knitting technology of this kind of fabric including equipment parameters,raw material’s specifications,needle arrangement and threading modes.In addition,it also analyzes key technologies in terms of workflow,raw material design and knitting process.The testing results show that the readymade fabric’s weight per unit area,light fastness,washing fastness,anti-pilling level and tensile elastic elongation all meet requirements of wearing.
