本文回顾总结了日本中小企业金融发展的历史与经验,并在对浙江省三个中小企业较发达地区进行实地考察的基础上分析了中国中小企业金融发展的现状,并对正在展开的中国中小企业金融改革提出政策建议。

The thesis makes a review on the history and experience of the finance development of Japan's SMEs.Based on the field research of the three most developed areas of Zhejiang Province,it examines the present finance development of China's SMEs and puts forwards policy suggestions on China's SMEs financing reform.
