产业集群视角的中小企业融资需求实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of the Financing Demands of SMEs from the Perspective of Industrial Cluster

理论研究表明,产业集群能够通过推动劳动力转移、基础设施的改善和第三产业的联动发展,促进农业产业结构转型升级和农村地区收入增长,同时也是加快新农村建设的有效路径和内在动力。然而,产业集群需在遵循其内在规律的同时,寻求外部推动力量才能得到有效发展,其中最为重要的是金融体系的支持。本文选取江苏省宜兴市官林镇电线电缆产业集群为例,通过对宜兴官林镇电线电缆产业集群内部97家中小企业进行实地调查,研究产业集群外部环境和内部网络的变化对企业融资需求的影响,最终提出通过契合产业集群企业生命周期的金融支持体系来促进区域产业集群发展的政策建议。

The theoretical studies show that as the valid path and the internal power of speeding up the new rural construction,industrial cluster promotes the transformation and upgrading of the agriculture industry structuring and the income growth of the rural areas by coordinating labor transfer,infrastructure and the tertiary industry development.However,an effective development of industrial cluster can be realized not only upon its internal law but on the external supports,among which the financial ones are the most important.By taking an example of wire and cable industry cluster in the Guanlin County of Yixing City,Jiang Su Province,the article makes a filed survey on 97 SMEs of the industry cluster,in particular on the impacts of the changing external environment and internal network on the financing demand of the enterprises.It then puts forward policy proposals to promote the development of the regional industrial cluster by constructing financial supporting systems that fit the life cycle of its enterprises.
