硫化铟纳米棒的溶剂热合成及表征 被引量:1

摘要 利用乙酰丙酮铟作为铟源,十二硫醇为硫源,在吡啶溶剂热体系中合成制备了四方相硫化铟纳米棒,并对纳米棒的形成机制进行了研究. A kind of convenience route to prepare InzS3 nanorods was introduced. In the pyridine solvothermal system, In(acac) 3 was used as the indium source, lauryl mercaptan as the sulfur source. The formation mechanism of the nanorods was also proposed.
