摘要
研究选择彩色马蹄莲品种‘Majestic red’,种球采收后进行8~10℃低温打破休眠处理,利用石蜡切片法对花芽分化过程进行了光学显微观察。结果表明,彩色马蹄莲花芽分化过程可分为4个时期,即分化初始期、花序原基分化期、小花原基分化期、花序小花分化期。花芽分化起于休眠后的第5周,在第11周基本完成形态分化。本研究初步阐明了彩色马蹄莲的花芽发育规律,为制定高效的栽培措施、种球生产及花期调控等提供理论依据。
Zantedeschia 'Majestic red' were treated under 8-10 ℃ to break dormancy after the harvesting of tubers. Paraffin embedded section was used for the microscopic observation of the flower bud differentiation. The results showed that the process of the bud differentiation could be divided into four phases, initial differentiation phase, inflorescence primordium differentiation phase, flower primordium differentiation phase and floral differentiation phase. The bud differentiation started from the 5th week of dormancy period and finished in the 11th week. The study provided theoretical premises for the differentiation features of flower bud, high-yield cultivation and flowering regulation of Zantedeschia hybrids.
