高温胁迫对大花三色堇幼苗相关生理指标的影响 被引量:16

摘要 由高温引起的幼苗死亡,成苗率低是大花三色堇育苗以及幼苗生长过程中存在的主要问题。本文以大花三色堇(Viola tricolor var.hortensis)"和谐系列"抗热的黄色品种和不抗热的绯红渐变品种为材料,研究了12d的高温处理(35℃/30℃)对大花三色堇幼苗相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,在高温胁迫下,2个品种的Fv/Fm值下降;与绯红渐变品种相比,在高温胁迫下黄色品种的叶片具有较强的水分保持能力;随着高温胁迫时间的延长,2个品种的电解质外渗和丙二醛含量增加,而且与黄色品种相比,高温胁迫对绯红渐变品种的影响更显著;与0d相比,在长时间高温胁迫下,2个品种的CAT活性显著下降,SOD活性显著上升,而且黄色品种的SOD活性均显著高于绯红渐变品种。 High temperature stress is a serious issue inducing seedling death and low plantlet formation in Pansy (Viola tricolor var. hortensis) seeding and seedling growth. Seedlings from two cultivars of Pansy, heat-tolerant yellow cultivar (' Harmony' series) and heat-sensitive shadowed crimson eultivar, were chosen respectively to investigate the effect of high temperature (35 ℃/30 ℃) treatment for 12 days on their related physiological indexes. The results showed that heat stress caused a significant decrease in Fv/ Fm for two cultivars. Compared with shadowed crimson cultivar, yellow cultivar had a greater water- holding capability. With the extension of heat stress, electrolyte leakage and MDA content increased in both cultivars. Furthermore, compared with yellow cultivar, the effects of heat stress on shadowed crimson cultivar were more serious. The activity of CAT decreased significantly while the SOD activity increased significantly compared with that of treatment at 0 d under long-term heat stress. The activity of SOD in yellow cultivar was significantly higher than that in shadowed crimson cultivar.
