成骨细胞的生物力学特性及机械-生物信号的转导途径 被引量:1

摘要 骨代谢受各种机械力影响,其内部结构因机械负重而改变,成骨细胞在这一过程中起着非常重要的作用。但机械信号如何被成骨细胞感受,并由胞外刺激变为胞内信号,进而影响细胞生物活性,这一系列问题仍是近年研究热点,对口腔正畸学和骨科学都有重要意义。本文就以上问题进行综述。
