摘要
山东大学医学院临床技能培训中心利用模拟临床医学方式,改革了传统临床技能培训和考核方法,对310名实习学生进行了出科临床技能考核,并对考核成绩进行了分析,为评估出科模拟临床技能培训和考核方法的必要性和可行性提供了科学依据。这种方式提高了学生应用知识分析、思考、解决问题和实践能力,极大的提高了教学质量。
Clinical Skills Training Center of Shandong University School of Medicine has developed the traditional clinical skills training and the assessment method. The center took the clinical test among 310 intern students and analyzed the results of rating to offer the scientific evidences to estimating the necessity and feasibility of simulate clinical training and the way of assessment. This way has improved the students' capacities of analyzing applied knowledge, thinking, problem solving, and practice, and also greatly improved the quality of teaching.
