模拟新收患者在临床教学中的应用

摘要 探讨模拟新收患者的方法在临床医学教学中的意义。医学实习生出科考核时,对照组予专业理论闭卷考试,实验组进行模拟新收患者的考核;追踪观察1年。实验组学生工作较为冷静,善于主动与患者沟通和向带教老师提问,在临床实践中具有较强的动手能力;毕业成绩优良,顺利通过试工。出科模拟新收患者比出科理论闭卷考试能增强学习效果,提高学生的科研创新和解决问题等能力。 To evaluate the methods of simulated patients for clinical internship examination, medical interns were randomly given either simu- lated patients as first admission (experimental group) or the traditional closed examination (as control). Both tests were valid as well be taken as their post-rotation examination score. Subjects were followed-up for one year. Subjects in experimental group showed being more skillful and calm at work, more fond of asking questions to senior doctors and making conclusions to enrich their experience. A higher score is also ob- served both during their final exams and fwst interview. The use of simulated patients as first admission can facilitate their internship training. It helps clinical interns to be more creative and solve practical problems.
