针对医学教育的特点和发展需求,结合实际,学校以学分制改革为重点,科学定位人才培养目标,修订人才培养方案,实行阶段管理;注重知识结构和课程体系的整体优化,本着加强基础、整体优化、课程重组、课时适当的思路深化课程改革;注重全面发展与个性发展相统一,推进学生自主学习;注重教育教学内容的基础性,强化学生实践创新能力的培养,初步构建了具有医学教育特点的学分制管理体系,为全面提高教学质量奠定了良好的基础。

In view of characteristics and development needs for medical education, Kuraning Medical University has been focusing on the re- form of credit system, scientific orientation of personnel training objectives, revised personnel training program, and implementation of session management. In the process of nmdifying the personnel training plan, importance has been attached to the overall optimization of the structure of knowledge and eurrieulmn system. According to strengthening to the basis, overall optimization, curriculum restructuring and class appropri- ate ideas, the curriculum reform has been deepened. Great attention has been paid to all-round development and persx）nality development of the unity, promoting independent learning. Importance has been attached to the basic content of education and teaching to strengthen the innovative ability of students＇ practice. A credit system has been initially built with the characteristics of medical education management system, and a good foundation has been ＇laid for comprehensively improving the quality of teaching.
