摘要
构建合理、有效的系部教学工作绩效评估指标体系,在高校内部开展系、院(部)教学工作绩效评估是提高学校教育教学质量和整体办学水平的重要手段之一。文章就构建高校系部教学工作绩效评估指标体系的目的、原则、指标设计、做法和开展绩效评估的有关建议进行了探讨。
To improve education quality and efiacieney of school running, a few universities have built reasonable and effective indices of evalu- ation system for departmental teaching perfomaance. This paper talks about the purpose, the principle, target designing, practice and sugges- tions on how to implement performance evaluation.
