摘要 目的:探讨POS整合模式在外科护理临床思维训练教学中的应用效果。方法:将2009级护理专业两个班,随机分成对照班和实验班,对照班采用LBL教学,实验班采用POS整合模式进行教学。结果:两个班在理论考试和教学效果评价中存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用POS整合模式教学提高了教学效果、学生的学习成绩及综合素质。 Objective: To investigate the effect of application of POS integrated teaching model in the training of clinical thinking in surgical care learhing. Methods: Two nursing class in 2009 were randomly allocated into either control class or experimental class. LBL teaching model was adopted in the control class, while the experimental class adopted POS integrated teaching model. Results: There were significant differences in the sores of theory test and the evolution of teaching effects between the two classes ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Adopting POS in- tegrated teaching model has improved teaching effectiveness, students' achievement and comprehensive quality.
