摘要
目的:探讨PBL(基于问题的教学)结合LBL(以授课为基础的教学)在口腔颌面外科教学中的效果。方法:2010-2011年间在山东大学口腔肿瘤教学中,对35名学生实施PBL+LBL教学,34名学生进行单纯LBL教学。对两种教学的效果进行主观和客观评价。结果:客观和主观考核均表明,PBL+LBL教学组成绩显著优于传统教学组。结论:在口腔颌面外科教学中,PBL结合LBL教学法优越于传统的LBL教学法。
Objective: To access the effects of combined LBL and PBL in the teaching course of oral & maxillofacial surgery. Methods: From 2010 to 2011 PBL + LBL teaching mode was introduced in oral tumor teaching in Shandong University from 201.0 to 2011 on 35 students, meanwhile, LBL teaching was applied on 34 students. Both questionnaires and written examination were followed to access the learning effects. Results: Written examination and questionnaires ~owed that the ,,zxrre in PBL + LBL group was significantly superior to that in the LBL group. Conclusions: PBL + LBL was superior to LBL in oral & maxillofacial surgery teaching.
