Implications of Russian in-career training on military preventive medicine

第十六次全军院校会议以后,进一步强化了健全以任职教育为主体、军队院校与训练机构结合的新型军事人才培养体系,全面提高人才培养的质量效益,从明确培训理念、基地化建设、军民融合式发展和教官制等方面,提出新军事变革条件下我军军事预防医学任职教育培训的启示和建议。

Since the 16th Military Academy Conference, the new educational system has been emphasized, which focuses on in-career educa- tion, combining academic and occupational training. To improve the effect of the education, the present study has investigated the training concept, base construction, army-civilian integration development, and instructor system of Russian in-career training on military preventive medicine, and proposes some suggestions for PEA＇s in-career training under the eircunmstances of military reform.
