摘要
越来越多的高校通过自主招生选拔人才,面试是许多高校自主招生首选的考量方式。而传统的随机分组、考官独立评分的面试方式,往往存在"原始分"不可比、不可加等问题,从而可能影响面试结果的合理性。本文以标准正态分布理论为依据,对面试原始成绩进行标准化处理,进而用标准分表征面试成绩,通过实例验证了标准分的优越性。
More and more colleges and universities try to get the top high- school students by means of independent recruitment in which an interview is the first thing to do. But the traditional random grouping and judges' independent scoring are not necessarily good in the comparability and accumulation of "raw scorse". Based on the Normal Distribution Theory, the paper tries to standardize raw scorse so as to show students' marks in the interview and verify the advantages of the practice.
