摘要
目的探讨护理干预对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后膀胱痉挛发生的影响。方法选择2009年5月～2011年12月入住本院膀胱肿瘤患者100例,随机分成对照组和观察组各50例。对照组按一般的护理常规进行护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上根据患者发生膀胱痉挛的因素进行有针对性的护理干预。比较2组患者术后膀胱痉挛程度。结果 2组患者术后发生膀胱痉挛程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的患者,术前做好心理护理、术后做好膀胱冲洗及管道的护理、重视病情的观察等是预防及控制术后膀胱痉挛发生的重要措施。
To explore the effect of nursing intervention on bladder spasm of transurethral bladder tumor resection. Methods 100 patients with bladder tumor were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, each group had 50 patients. Besides regular nursing, the patients in control group got regular nursing care, while the patients in intervention group got targeted nursing intervention based on the factor caused bladder spasm. The degree of bladder spasm were compared between the 2 groups. Results The degree of bladder spasm of the 2 groups had significant difference, the degree of bladder spasm of intervention group was lower than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion To patients had transurethral bladder tumor resection, it is very important to do psychological nursing before the surgery, postoperative bladder irrigation and pipe care and the observation of disease.
