摘要
总结了四川省自贡市护理临床带教老师队伍不稳定的相关因素,主要包括带教老师职称及学历水平偏低、没有合理的年龄梯队、薪酬福利低、医院管理制度不完善、教学资源贫乏。认为通过对护理临床带教老师队伍高度重视,加强教学投入,完善医院管理制度,可以提高其稳定性。
Summarized unstable factors of Zigong City nursing clinical teachers troop, mainly including low level of teachers titles and education, no reasonable age echelon, low salary and welfare, imperfect of hospital management system, poor teaching resource; think of we should pay attention to clinical nursing teachers team highly, strengthen teaching investment, perfect hospital management system, which can improve the stability of clinical nursing teachers team.
