微波对兔心肌内孔道形成的实验观察

摘要 以家兔为实验动物,应用针状微波辐射器穿刺心肌并发射微波造成左室壁心肌内孔道,行微波心肌血管重建术,并以单纯针刺作对照。按微波不同剂量10W、20W、30W、40W,辐射时间均为3秒作为不同实验组。急性期观察微波对心电的影响及孔道形成情况,慢性期观察术后近期孔道转归情况。结果显示:急性期实验组与对照组心律失常发生率无显著变化,实验组间及与对照组相比孔道状况无显著性差异。慢性期对照组及10W、20W组中部分形成通畅孔道,周围心肌组织无明显血管增生。30W、40W组中形成的通畅孔道较多地伴有周围血管增生。结论:针状微波辐射器针刺并发射微波未造成严重心律失常,在某些剂量下,有部分心肌孔道通畅及血管增生,有可能增加心肌血流。 Objective:Transmyocardial microwave revascularization,a new method of TMR,was formulated. Creating a number of myocardial channels by acupuncture with a needle, which contacted with a microwave instrument with a coaxial cable, then the needle emitted microwave to the channels. The objective of this trial was to test the basical efficiency of this method. Method:35 rabbits were divided into 5 groups. Acupunctured with simple needle, 10W,3s;20W 3s,30W 3s;40W 3s. Monitor the ECG. Fifteen rabbits were killed 2h after operation,examining the histological changes. Twenty rabbits were killed at 14day after operation,examining the histological changes. Result:The acute trial group showed that simple needle acupuncture and microwave acupuncture had no marked differences. The chronic groups showed that simple needle acupuncture and 10W,20W group channels were completely closed. Some of 30W,40W groups had channels patent. Conclusion:Transmyo-cardial microwave revascularization might be an effici0ent TMR method.
